Quick and easy food for takeaway or dining in. The sushi sets are value for money and the hot noodle soups are perfect for a cold day. The service staff, Lema, was helpful and greeted me with a smile every visit!

Stopped there in a rush for lunch and the food was quite nice as well as the staff who kindly offered my mom a seat while she was waiting for me. Very clean even if crowded, not too expensive for this kind of cuisine, would go again!

I had an exceptional experience at Itsu in Soho, and it was all thanks to Irma, the team leader. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Her attention to detail and commitment to great service stood out, and it really made a difference in my visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her team and the customers. Atmosphere is so cozy, it was a pretty nice lunch to eat a hot soup w noodles and guioza on a rainy day! Plus the staff is really nice! I have the app and used my rewards which are worth it!

Great choice for a fast, healthy lunch. If you're a lover of sushi, they have a good amount of varieties. It seems like a well maintained restaurant. I found their kiosk a bit tricky and slow .
